Discipline:

  • Players who are in the advance batch and with regular attendance will always be given the first preference for matches
  • Foul language, comments and any IN disciplinary behavior will not be accepted and tolerated 
  • If you plan to take  break or leave the academy, you need to provide one week notice or intimation one week prior
  • If a student takes a break exceeding two months, they will be removed from the academy and must re-enroll as a new student along with the Registration fees
  • Basic batch attendance will be equally important for them to move to the advance batch faster
  • The Club and Academy reserves the right to ban players for any violations of policies, including but not limited to non-payment of fees, parental misconduct, or consistent absenteeism.

Promotional & Commercial Rights:

  • Club & Academy will have complete promotional rights on players with regards to Social media & Outdoor Media

Compensations:

  • We as club and Academy currently don’t pay any allowances to players and is totally the clubs discretion to make any changes
  • There will be no compensation in the fees unless we decide to cancel any sessions for the players
  • Our Academy is open through out the year and if you have a planned vacation it should be informed to us in advance

All Fees and Payments:

  • The current fees in the Academy is ₹1200 for 8 Sessions and ₹1700 for 12 Sessions and is subject to change depending on the clubs decision.(excluding the jersey cost) Discounts and offers will be directly run by the academy and with their decision (some contribution of your fees goes to the under privileged students in our academy under our sports and welfare program)
  • All fees need to be paid at the starting of the month, if you have a pay date you need to inform the management so we can collect the fees on that date only
  • Options to pay the fees will be online and cash only (online recommended)
  • Our Club and Academy believes in creating a talent pool, developing the players and providing a platform to participate and perform their best in the Tournaments and Activities hence all (ENTRY FEES) related to Tournaments or any Development Activities will be paid by the parents (YPL, MFA, AIFF , Private Tournaments, Fitness sessions depends if you want to let your child participate or not that will be your decision)
  • Academy Jerseys will be provided to the players at a SUBSIDISED rate. (Cost can vary depending on the Vendor)
  • If you require a personal session for the child, the consent and application will only go through the Club & Academy and not directly through the coach (cost will vary on sessions required)

Fitness:

  • I understand the nature of sports activities (football) and the minors experience and capabilities and believe the minor to be qualified in good health and in proper physical condition to participate in such activity
  • I agree to relieve Black Ants Football Academy and Black Ants sports and welfare Association, its Coaches, Management, employees or sponsors from any liability in connection with any injury or life threatening situation to my child during the Academy practices, Matches and any Amateur, semi professional and Professional Tournaments as the Recreation facility carries NO INSURANCE
  • Players will have to provide a fitness certificate before they play any Semi Professional or Professional Tournaments for the clubs
  • Fitness Certificate may be required if the Academy asks at any given point of time
